A better title for “Teen Titans Go! to the Movies” would have been “Deadpoop,” because it contains so many references to its own existence and the kind of potty humor that makes kids in elementary school laugh that it could have been dubbed “Deadpoop.” Beast Boy would appreciate the humor in this. When I learned that the show my children adore was being adapted into a film, I was naturally skeptical that the 11-minute experience they had on television would last eight times as long on the big screen.
