The aptly named “Penguins of Madagascar” stars the scene-stealing penguins from the “Madagascar” film series.

From this point on, it’s just spies vs. spies in a succession of crazy action scenes, and the antics get a little old after a while. The 90-minute running time of “Penguins of Madagascar” looks about appropriate and couldn’t have gone on much longer.
