The first season was markedly killed by Paul Kellerman, the coldly-hearsed secret service operative. Sara Tancredi was going to jail for helping Scofield in a jailbreak and showed that his only absolution. While it might be argued that the vice-president ordered most of his activities, he was directly responsible and was responsible for the crimes.
Even the most merciful judge could have the least Kellerman, life in jail.
Their lives have changed forever and Sara Tancredi has fallen in love with Scofield in jail. She managed to escape with a guard when she was abducted and imprisoned by Susan in Panama. Susan hacked off the guard’s head and threatened Lincoln Burrows, who imagined it to be Sara’s head in some way.
The other unlikely is how she left Michael in Panama dead because he was in prison for a killing she carried out.

Michael Scofield obtains a bizarre corporal tattoo, then strips his flat of Fox River publications and the hard drive into a river. He robs a bank the next day but gives up with the police as it arrives without incident. When Michael enters Fox River, he meets Capt. Brad Bellick, who he finds to be quite pompous, quickly. He meets then his cellmate Fernando Sucre, who tells him that the only thing he can do is serve time. He knows what he can do. Sucre shows Michael all around, noting all the lands. He then showed Michael the Lincoln Burrows isolated or “Link the Sink”. As they referred to him who assassinated the brother of the vice president Terrence Steadman. Michael understands that only by joining his brother is John Abruzzi (Peter Stormare) in charge of the Pi (Prison Industries). Since Michal claims to have Type 1 diabetes, she gives him a dose of insulin. Sara notices that Michael has an abnormally low glucose level on his second appointment and told him that he reacts to insulin as though he’s not diabetic. Then she adds she’d like to have a test on her next visit. In order to keep up, Michael approaches the “pharmaceuticals” jail of C-Note (Rockmond Dunbar) and pays for PUGNAc, an insulin blocker in advance.
Prison Break has never been a simple TV show. Ostensibly, the principal plot was that of Michael Scofield, the architect who is tattooing the drawings of the Fox River Penitentiary to break his brother Lincoln from within. But instead of leaving it, the show was aimed at injecting as many intricate plots as possible into the mix.

As the series moved on, it became confused with a chaos of conspiracies, dual secret service operatives, and a mystery, undoubtedly malevolent movement named The Company which set Lincoln to kill and appeared to have tried to wreck Michael’s life.
In addition, it was an idea with an integrated problem. What happens to the show called Prison Break when it breaks out of jail? Of course, they have to break into another prison and then escape. And perhaps in again. And so forth, like a hokey built on a prison. Yet, his genuine shark-jumping moment occurred with the passing of Michael’s love interest Sara Tancredi early in season three. But one series later for Sara to turn up, alive and with her head very much intact. She was in the protection of witnesses, you see, and could not tell Michael for his own safety (in reality, actor Sarah Wayne Callies left the show because of a contract dispute). The sheepish explanation of Sara’s magic coming back from the other side was that Michael must have had an extremely difficult task in his mind, but no one has ever explained how a) The Company has succeeded in making a realistic head and b) how Lincoln managed to mistake him for the partner of his brother.
