A retired judicial investigator named Benjamn Espósito (Ricardo Darn) decides to write a novel about a murder that occurred in 1974 and in whose investigation he was involved in 1999. After some time, in 1975, Espósito finds Morales at a train station in Retiro and learns that Morales spent the entire year traveling to various train stations in Capital Federal in an effort to track down Gómez when he returned from work.
