It’s the Season 9 finale of Chicago Fire, and it delivers on that promise. The crew is summoned to an underwater boat rescue. While trying to rescue a casualty from the sinking boat, Severide, Cruz, Capp, and Tony are trapped. As the episode fades to black, they’re all out of the air, and water is rising above their heads. Let’s go back to the beginning of the season’s finale: “Get out there and live,” says Casey, glancing at his uncle Jake’s watch. “Get out there and live,” he thinks.
